The Nommers
Evolving a multi-platform food-tech ecosystem that connects home chefs, local vendors, and customers through intuitive digital experiences.

Overview
The Nommers is a community-driven food platform that connects home chefs, local vendors, and food lovers through mobile applications, a responsive website, and digital experiences designed around homemade food.
The Nommers is one of the largest and longest-running products I've contributed to during my time at WeBeCray. Over multiple years, I worked on the continuous evolution of the customer app, chef app, marketing website, admin dashboard, and event experiences. As the platform expanded with new services and features, I contributed to improving user journeys, refining existing experiences, and designing new modules while maintaining consistency across the ecosystem. Every iteration was driven by user feedback, business requirements, and close collaboration with the design team and developers.

Challenge
Design and continuously evolve a scalable food-tech ecosystem that serves multiple user groups—including customers, home chefs, administrators, and event participants—while introducing new features, improving existing experiences, and maintaining consistency across web and mobile platforms.
My
Role
I initially joined The Nommers as a freelance designer, supporting the design team under the guidance of my Design Lead. As the project grew and I transitioned into a full-time role, I became increasingly involved in different stages of the design process while continuing to work closely with her guidance and feedback throughout the project.
Over the years, I contributed to user research, competitor analysis, information architecture, wireframing, UI design, prototyping, and iterative improvements across multiple product releases. I worked on the customer application, chef application, marketing website, admin dashboard, event platform, and new feature experiences introduced as the business expanded.
Alongside the design process, I collaborated with developers during implementation, participated in client discussions to better understand business requirements, and refined designs based on stakeholder feedback and real user needs. This project gave me the opportunity to experience how a digital product evolves over time through continuous learning, collaboration, and iteration.
